WATERLOO WAREHOUSE

Waterloo Warehouse is a unique commercial building purposely refurbished to showcase motorcycles. It includes sales and service, commercial offices and a café within an existing warehouse building in Waterloo.

The design concept for the warehouse maintains the raw industrial aesthetic of exposed and scarred timber, steel beams, winch hoists and marked polished concrete floors in open workspaces, mezzanine offices and low undercroft spaces. These features are a stage-like backdrop complimenting the industrial heritage of the rare motorcycles on display in the large double height vaulted space.

New works are constructed of recycled timber and face brick while new glazing is detailed from fine steel frame sections. New office spaces are incorporated within an enlarged mezzanine, which overlooks the sky-lit atrium.
