Riverview House is situated on a steeply sloped site within a stand of majestic angophoras.
The existing dwelling was demolished to allow for the creation of a new family home. Two pavilions flank the central double height entry with living areas to the north and more private rooms to the south.
Internal spaces were created with room sizes that range from intimate to expansive with varied internal and external connections. The living spaces lead to a suspended upper level deck that hovers amongst the tree canopies. The double height entry and the glazed slot stairwell to the rear are aligned for further appreciation of the magnificent spread of the eucalypts.
