HEFFRON NETBALL FACILITY

Randwick City Council engaged Melocco & Moore to upgrade the netball facilities building in Heffron Park. The existing building was an uninviting utilitarian brick building. The design brief included the extension and refurbishment of the existing amenities, offices and store areas. An important aspect of the project was improving the connection between the building and the surrounding parkland and increasing the covered area adjacent to the kiosk and BBQ areas.

Melocco and Moore’s design solution opened and extended the entry canopy to welcome the thousands of players that use the netball courts each week.
