Amelie Housing, a department of St Vincent de Paul commissioned Melocco & Moore as Head Consultant to replace existing non-compliant housing on a site in a low-density residential area in South Albury.

Our approach was to divide the building into two separate blocks providing a communal open space courtyard to the center of the site. All 18 apartments feature a north aspect, generous private open space and cross ventilation.

This project has recently been lodged for Council Assessment and is due for completion December 2019. It has been part funded under the NSW Government Social and Affordable Housing Fund.
