This corner store built in 1902 was retained and transformed into a comfortable residence. A contemporary form was added to the rear and includes a central articulated entry. The design capitalises on the elevated street position by placing living spaces on the upper level and bedrooms on the lower. The first floor living areas open up to maximise views, sunlight and breezes.
