Neutral Bay Apartments

The punctuated façade, with deep-set balconies and a restricted palette of materials, provides the building with a simple yet elegant appearance. This new building is located on a narrow site in Neutral Bay with a five-storey development to the north and a two-storey retail development to the south. The development consists of a commercial tenancy to the main street with four levels of apartments above and basement stacker carparking under. A central open courtyard provides light and cross ventilation to all apartments. The lower portions of the courtyard are landscaped. The development presents as a strong, simple contemporary building, which will sit well within the differing streetscape of Neutral Bay.
